The DPM team is ready to take overall project management under its control, starting from the first stage of implementation.
We develop the initial documentation of the project: organizational schemes for the interaction of project participants, identify responsible persons, form document templates, develop project office structures, establish the order of meetings and their frequency, etc.
The project management team forms the project budget, checks the cost of work performed and budget expenditure as well.

Moreover, we develop works schedule and agree it with the customer, determine key milestones of the project, as well as terms and conditions of works to be performed. During the implementation of the project, compliance with deadlines is regularly monitored.

At the request of the customer, the DPM team collects the necessary permits and approvals from local authorities to conduct design and construction.
Engineering surveys can also be carried out at the construction site. DPM team also offer control of design decisions made by the general designer if required.
