Site supervision is a system of measures aimed at ensuring that the work performed meets the requirements of design and regulatory documentation, as well as to prevent the occurrence of defects and violations of work production technology. It is carried out at all stages of construction and is aimed at ensuring the safety and reliability of buildings and structures.

Certification of production is the process related to registration and issuance of passports and certificates for a finished objects to confirm compliance with established requirements and standards, as well as to ensure the safety and quality of construction.

Commissioning is the process of transferring a built object from the developer to the operating organization. It includes conducting acceptance trials, completing the necessary documentation and putting the facility into operation.

Performing general contractor’s functions is to be responsible for organizing and coordinating all stages of construction, including design, procurement of materials and equipment, construction and installation works and commissioning of the facility. The general contractor must have the experience, knowledge and resources to successfully complete all these tasks.
