DPM was founded in 2006 and has opened its portfolio with a number of engineering systems projects for residential and public buildings.
More than 100 different projects have been completed for today, including such as consulting in the selection of optimal land plots for construction, assessment of the current condition of buildings, creation of a concept for a future building, development of design and working documentation and project management services.
The DPM team consists of more than 80 professionals experienced in designing hotel complexes, public buildings and large industrial facilities. And, following the needs of the projects, our team continues to grow with new specialists.
Depending on the objectives of the project we may involve our project management team and site supervision specialists.
To optimize the project implementation process and minimize risks, DPM creates a BIM model of the facility.
All project participants – architects, engineers and the customer – work with a common information model, which ensures the unity and accuracy of the data.
The presence of a BIM model also simplifies communication and coordination between various contractors and specialists on the construction site.
